We take pride in offering quality products AND service! We ship all in-stock items within 48 business hours after purchase and strive to keep the site up to date with 'out of stock' notices. Occasionally we may run out of an item before we are able to post a notice, due to multiple purchases during the same day. If we are out of an item, we will offer you various options, including a refund, if you do not wish to wait a week or so for your purchase.
We are pleased to offer credit card and echeck acceptance through Paypal, a very secure payment option that we have been using personally on the net for almost 3 years without any problems. We also accept checks and money orders, although please remember that there is a 7-10 day hold on check orders. Money order purchases are shipped upon receipt. We are located in St. Petersburg, Florida USA. We ship our items via the United States Postal Service or Fed ex. If you need something right away, please email us for a quote concerning expedited/overnight shipping. Most items are shipped via Priority Mail, which has a delivery time of 2 - 3 days in the US. Some of our newer items are ship direct from the company and can take up to a week to ship but most ship within 2-3 business days. If it will take longer we will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
We are happy to ship orders to the UK, Ireland, and Canada. Please feel free to order directly from the site and we will bill you for additional shipping after your order is in the post...we only charge for exact shipping costs for international customers.
